SELF LOVE FLOW PRACTICE
Flow Practice - My flow practice incorporates Music, Dance, Meditation, Yoga, Qigong, Prayer, Self Massage, Affirmations, Somatic Shaking, Singing, Vocalising,  Visualising,  Breathwork, crying release, laughter, comedy, balancing and anything else that is inspired in the present moment being enjoyed.  Set the stage, set aside the time, and do, feel, and be whatever you want.  A time for self love, and self healing, it can be ecstatic, it can be sad, and all inbetween.   This is a way to move energies and process feelings completely free of rules and structure.   Great for Mind, Body, and Spirit.   Flow Practice can be enjoyed by any one of any age.  I highly recommend you give this a try.  Once you gift yourself this time for self love, in the moment, you will be guided by your Soul, Physical and Emotional needs.  You can do whatever you want, when you want, for as long as you want.     I will share some of my flow practices here and on my Flow Practice Youtube channel because it's such a beautiful (Be You to the Full) practice, it adds so much to my life, I want as many people as possible, to feel this same enjoyment, relaxation, therapy, exercise, and time in connection with all aspects of self, the divine creator, and the entire web of life.  I hope that by me sharing some of my practice, If anyone that's landed here is not already enjoying this, I hope to help seed the inspiration for them giving it a try, this self love and improv flow exploration is a worthy practice, enjoy, thanks for being here LOVE

Below is the first full song length Flow Practice segment that I'm sharing via my Flow Practice channels. I found myself singing to this song during my Flow Practice, I hooked up the mic and recorded my improv. Then I enjoyed a dance improv to the same song in front of my green screen. I went out and got some beautiful footage of the river and river bank, and super imposed myself on the backdrop of the footage. I had a lot of fun making this, and yes, I'm in my pyjamas!

I'm excited to share a flow practice that I've been practicing for a while now.  It's enriched my life so incredibly, I feel inspired to share it here, in hopes that others that have not yet discovered this, may be inspired to give it a try.  If you're already doing something similar share with me anything that I can re-post.

So what is Flow Practice?   It's a free flow session of Dance, Yoga, Meditation, Music, Singing, Qigong, Laughing, Crying, Somatic Shaking, Self Massage, Self Love, Affirmations, Self Re-Programming, and any other practice that one may feel inspired to tune into and explore in the moment.    Each session may include one focus, a few, or all.  The key is to be in the moment, tuned into what you want to do / be / feel in any given point in time.    Taking time to give to ourselves in this way, combining these creative, healing expressions  together in the same session is wildly enjoyable, and massively beneficial to the health and peace of mind, body and spirit.  I sometimes include toning and more energetic exercise and even martial arts practice.  Whatever comes, I flow with.  The practice is something that anyone can do, and anyone can benefit from it.

I found myself divinely inspired to incorporate this practice in my life.  I've enjoyed it alone, and with my family and friends.   Time for self love, zero structure, completely in the flow of whatever I felt like doing at any given moment, stretching for times, then moving in ecstatic dance, then perhaps sitting in mediation, and continuing on with whatever flows through me, I've experienced immense joy through this practice and am sharing it here, essentially to pass it on.  Maybe you've already found yourself doing the same.  Or maybe it sounds intriguing...  I'm no professional when it comes to Yoga, dance and meditation, far far from it.  But even at my stage, I feel the massive joy and benefits first hand.  My videos, to be posted here are amateur, but you get the idea.   Most of what I post will include footage of some movements in my Flow Practices as the meditation parts would be boring to watch! Enjoy, be free, and FLOW
