I am an Artistic Healing Content Creator from London, via California, currently living in Ecuador.   My new Musical works will be in  432hz or another healing frequency.   I create and share Music, Songs, Meditations, Dance, and Meditative Audio Books for Children.   This website represents my passion for Music,  Dance,  Story telling,  improv / Flow Practice, Healing, and my celebration of love, life, freedom, truth seeking, and creativity.   

Stuck on You - The Shades Project

Thank you for being here.  I am excited to share with you.
I am currently working on a few different projects with various awesome Musicians.  I'm also working on some solo projects and will have a new music release very soon.  I'm super excited to have just released "Time Divine", this is my first song in 432 hz, and my first self made Music Video!  I also recently published "Star Sisters"  my first original, meditative audiobook for children.    This story is free for my contacts, just go to my "Children" page.  It's also available for purchase at many of the main audiobook platforms.    Also coming soon, my "Flow Practice" channel.   This channel with be dedicated to sharing some of my  practice, my inspiration, and thoughts, around this wonderful practice that's greatly enriched my life and health,  it's been of such value to me.
