Stuck on You - The Shades Project

Thank you for being here.  I am excited to share with you.
I am currently working on a few different projects with various awesome Musicians.  I'm also working on some solo projects and will have a new music release very soon.  I'm super excited to have just released "Time Divine", this is my first song in 432 hz, and my first self made Music Video!  I also recently published "Star Sisters"  my first original, meditative audiobook for children.    This story is free for my contacts, just go to my "Calmkids" page.  It's also available for purchase at many of the main audiobook platforms.  Lastly, I'll be releasing my "Flow Practice" channel very soon, this channel with be dedicated to sharing my inspiration, thoughts, and practice, it's a practice that's greatly enriched my life and health, I'm inspired to share it because it's been of such value to me.
