I am currently working on a few different projects with various awesome Musicians. I'm also working on some solo projects and will have a new music release very soon. I'm super excited to have just released "Star Sisters" my first original, meditative audiobook for children. This story is free for my contacts, just go to my "Calmkids" page. Lastly, I'll be releasing my "Flow Practice" channel very soon, this channel with be dedicated to sharing my inspiration, thoughts, and practice, it's a practice that's greatly enriched my life and health, I'm inspired to share it because it's been of such value to me.
